Please Help!!!

Please help!! my parrot just recover from parasite and now they start eating again. Now I saw one of them with cotton wool growing in the head. One with blacken eye. They had like air bubbles come out of their mouth. It look sticky and floating on the top of the tank.
Is it fungus or what? I change water every week but when I test the water still high in NO3 :100, GH 16, KH 15, PH 8.0, CL2 OK

Please suggest anything to help water quality and my fish to be happier...Thanks

Hi there...

I bought 2 natural coloured (non-dyed) BP's on Friday afternoon (South African time)... My 2-foot tank (that's all that i can accommodate in my flat) is set up with riverbed sand/washed play sand, river stones, live plants and drift wood. I've soaked my driftwood for 6 weeks in hot water before putting it in. I've ran my tank for the last 7-8 weeks with no fish. I have a hang on filter set on low, heater set on 27 degrees celcius and no air pump connected.

Are 2 parrot fish too many for a 20 gallon hexagon tank?  If not, could I add one more of a different color?  Both of mine are the red/orange color.

I have 3 parrot fish in a 60 gallon tank. two are doing perfectly and one has grey smudges on it. they are not spots, but actual smudges. it almost looks like its dirty. It also hides a lot. other then that, it seems happy and eats well but i dont know why it looks different!

i was just wondering what else i could feed my parrots that they would like and might help them grow? ( something my angel would eat too) right now i just feed them flakes and brine shrimp (everyone loves that) but i know i should vary there diet and i want them all to be as big and strong as they can so, any ideas?

They had a antibiotic injected 2 weeks before and treatment for parasite last 2 weeks. Until now they got better and swim around more but the problem is I try to feed them and they not interested. I tried pea and food flake what they normally like. They act that they scare to food too. They swim away from food...Please give some advice...Thanks
