cichlid and columbian sharks?

just wondering if anyone has a BP with what i THINK is a columbian shark? just got the sharks today and put them in the tank. they seem to be doing ok at the moment.

Hello All,


I have a 55 gallon tank and am wondering if I can mix my cuurent fish with Parrot Cichlids.  I have 7 medium to large rainbows, 2 large congo tetras and 5 medium to large clown loaches.  Could I add 2 medium size Parrots to this mx?  Thanks!

1-firemouth cichlid(might not do him)


will there be any issues with the cutteri and BP? will the cichlids attack the pleco?

Don't want to overstock

So in my 55 gallon right now i have:
2 BP's ( Miley and Otis)
2 Green Barbs ( No names yet)
2 Tiger Bards ( again no names yet)

I don't want to overstock and stress my fish but i was wondering what else i could throw in there with them the Bps hide a bit still tho the dither fish have helped. Could i add another Bp or another type of cichlid or just add more dither fish and if so what other type than barbs?

dwarf Kirin Flowerhorn and Parrots together?

How do you think parrots would get along with a dwarf Kirin Flowerhorn (5 - 6")?  This fish is supposed to be a hypred of a Flowerhorn and a parrot.

African Cichlids?

What kinds of African Cichlids can go well with parrots? I know that some are too aggressive , and I don't think that I'm gonna get any fish for my 55. But I think if I do I Either want Angels or Africans. I like Frontosa but I think they get too big and I was wondering what other kinds can go with them?

I have just bought (a real good deal) a 90 gallon tank & stand for just $50.I know it will take me some time to get it up and running I have my BP in a 30 gallon with just a cat fish in it and I know I  want to put  more fish in the 90 gallon with him ( not a lot though) I like BP (Mr.Magoo) in there by himself but I know with a 90 I really should put more what I would like to know would I be better off adding 1 or 2 BP do they do better with even # or odd or maybe it doesn't even matter or I always like the flower horn may-be just one of them with Mr.Maggo what is your opinion M
